Spiaggia Lido di Fano

Returning to the origins is always exciting. It's been years since I've been walking on the Lido. A little has changed, obviously for the better, but my best has remained within me, in my memories. The feeling during the walk on the pier was wonderful, a light breeze brought some relief to the summer heat full of humidity. The restaurant on the pier, the trabocchi, the small lighthouse, every time I look at everything with different eyes and I am very pleased with my city for its commitment to improving itself year after year. Lido di Fano you are in my heart.

Fano sandy beach enclosed between the dams that protect it from the mouth of the Arzilla stream and the other which is the Ponente del Porto pier. On this you can admire 3 historical paintings also for fishing and convivial as well as a more modern restaurant. At the end, the red lighthouse at the entrance to the port and a small roundabout from which you can admire a beautiful panorama. The other dam, however, is equipped with new designer benches and picturesque lighting especially when the first night shadows are cast on the sea. The beaches are equipped and divided into 3 bathrooms, none of which are completely free. A passage is reserved for the local sailing club. Behind the beach is the Lido's summer promenade par excellence. To be explored on foot or by bicycle and overlooked by many restaurant businesses, bars and a few shops selling summer items. The beaches also have bars and some entertainment facilities such as eating tables or table football or ping pong tables. However, there is not much space and therefore you cannot expect the amenities of seaside resorts a few kilometers to the north... The sea is very shallow and after many meters you dive even if there are rocks well delimited by buoys. Blue flag that on some days in the morning you can understand but on others a little less...
